What is your favorite spiritual practice?

Awakening your spirit can be a grueling process. Many of the belief systems that no longer serve us begin to fall away. This can be expressed with bouts of crying, energy drain, aches and pains as well as illness. While we are working through and bringing our spirit back online with the collective whole, it's important that we have some sort of spiritual practice that allows us to connect to our divine intelligence on a daily basis. For some this is yoga, meditation, nature walks or a swim in the ocean as well as constant exploration of what our soul longs to learn. Oneness in the 12 Spheres of Life

The Humanity’s Team Oneness in Twelve Spheres of Life initiative is based on the Wheel of Co-Creation and the ’12 around 1’ model of Barbara Marx Hubbard (Birth 2012) ; a powerful representation of the whole-system shift. Can we really change the world by changing...

What type of community would you prefer to be living in? How would you like to see yourself and your neighbors in this perfect community? What could you do for yourself to ground your intentions for a better life? http://globalonenesssummit.org/
